”The downstairs is a bar at night, keep that in mind if on a family trip. If staying on the back side of the hotel the bar smoking area is on that side, and the conversation noise can be a problem.”

”Not the Ritz, but excellent value. Texas-friendly folks. Convenient location if you're visiting Johnson City. Includes a real, freshly made breakfast, not the usual cheap stuff. Pet friendly. Mid-century motel-modern architecture, but clean and comfortable. We'd stay there again.”

”Staff was nice and friendly when checking in. Parking is tight, and trucks take up 2,3, 4 spaces per truck. They dont get plates at check in to monitor this. They accept pets, but there is no grass anywhere except the tiny strip between the sidewalk and busy highway. We did walk a few blocks around to a park and cemetery. Beds were good and clean. Room ceiling is office ceiling tiles...one was missing in ours..very weird. Breakfast was mediocre. We just stayed one night with my parents in...

”This was a lovely hotel to stay at! The room was decorated so cool and the bed was super comfy. If you stay you must eat dinner there too! We had the Ranch salad which was amazing and the hamburger was simply delicious! Grayson was very helpful to us…love that southern hospitality! ”

”Room was super nice and very clean. The decor was quite pleasing. The communication was perfect. We drove in late to the property and the ease of locating our cabin was perfect. After loving the cabin from the beginning the comfort and quietness only added to the experience. The morning brought chirping birds and a cool breeze on the above cabin deck, accessible by a nice little spiral staircase. Excellent place to enjoy a cup of coffee. Location is perfect ; just minutes away from downtown...

”Quiet, quaint, & very clean. For those who don't need all the "frills" of a fancy hotel, this is your place! The staff is very friendly, the rooms (linens, bathroom, shower) were extremely clean, & the outdoor area was relaxing, quiet, & welcoming. Nice, fresh options for breakfast and within easy walking distance to the famous Fredericksburg downtown. Safe area with no worries about walking after dark. I will be back!”
