”This was a clean and modern place. Stayed for four nights and we loved it! Location is perfect in Insadong area right next to beautiful Ikseon-Dong and close to city centre. The roof bar is really nice and with a great view! ”

”Room was quite small, but it had everything needed including air conditioning. Currently there is construction site next to hotel, so it can cause disturbance in rooms for some time. Breakfast was good, however breakfast room is quite small and crowded.”

”I really enjoyed my stay at the MAKERS HOTEL, I had a small problem with the safety locker but the staff was quick to help and everything got sorted. The location was great, right next to the entrance to a subway. The wifi worked only in the room. Overall it was a wonderful stay.”

”Friendly staff and nice place. The area was pleasant because it wasn’t as crowded as Myeong-dong, and it was easy to get to other areas by metro. There were also really good restaurants in the area. At night, the hotel was a bit noisy because the area is popular for its nightlife. Therefore, I wouldn’t recommend it for light sleepers, but as a good sleeper myself, I really enjoyed it.”

”The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was simple but definitely sufficient. The location was also quite convenient. ”

”The room was spacious and clean. Since I went during the winter time, heater was available for use in room if needed. Electric heating blanket was also provided for customers to use to keep the bed warm. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby and the hotel is close to subway stations with 3-10 min walking distance to line 5 and 3. ”

”Room for 1 for 9 nights as a solo traveler sight seeing. Clean room with enough space and light. Good amenities like air conditioning, TV, small fridge, kettle, cabinets, mirrors, table and shower necessities. The 2 bottles of water every day were great, perfect to take with on the next day. One of the best parts for me was the location. I could see the Gwangjang Market from my window and subway lines 1, 2, 3 and 5 were all within a small walking distance. The Jongmyo Shrine was really close...

”Staff was very friendly and helpful. Super convenient location. The bathroom didn't have a shower curtain which was a little weird, but we kept the fan running so we never smelled any pipe smell. They provided a lot of towels so even though it was only hand towels (all the hotels we stayed at did this) it was never a problem. They had a water cooler out side so very convenient for staying hydrated. ”
