”Room was quite small, but it had everything needed including air conditioning. Currently there is construction site next to hotel, so it can cause disturbance in rooms for some time. Breakfast was good, however breakfast room is quite small and crowded.”

”The bed was very hard and room smelled weard (mold and some added smell). The room was ok size but layout was bad and there was no place for luggage nor you could open those. Additionally, the cleaning lady just came in over one hour before check out without even knocking first. Surroundings and transport connections were nice!”

”This was my second stay in Amare, the last time being september 2023. I was staying at a different hotel in Myeongdong (a very dissappointing one) when I noticed a vacant room at Amare and decided to change hotels. The breakfast is good although not too big which I don't mind. The rooms are very clean and well equipped. Location is great if you don't (I don't) mind listening to the ahjussi-karaoke next door. Overall a great hotel, especially for longer stays!”

”Central location near stops for 3 metro lines, and many restaurants close by. Overall nice hotel and very friendly staff. Breakfast ok, but nothing comparable to e.g. European level. Immediate neighborhood a little shady, and address for a taxi not the same as hotel address, so better check that with reception. Air conditioning was only on or off, no other adjustments.”

”Nice and charmful room with its wooden ground. It has everything what you need for exploring Seoul. The location is fantastic! A few meters from the metro station „Jangno 3“, at the beginning of a Hanok market woth fancy and stylish restaurants and cafés and the palaces are easy reachable on foot. Helpful and friendly stuff and the room was super clean. Daily room-service, doesn‘t matter when you leave your room!”

”Room for 1 for 9 nights as a solo traveler sight seeing. Clean room with enough space and light. Good amenities like air conditioning, TV, small fridge, kettle, cabinets, mirrors, table and shower necessities. The 2 bottles of water every day were great, perfect to take with on the next day. One of the best parts for me was the location. I could see the Gwangjang Market from my window and subway lines 1, 2, 3 and 5 were all within a small walking distance.
