”Very cozy, clean, well-kept and functionally furnished apartment (as already mentioned in other comments, the sofa bed is less suitable for staying longer on it). The windows are well glazed, so you don't notice anything of the hustle and bustle on the street at night. However, you still have to be prepared for noise from the restaurant that penetrates the ceiling from below. But especially in summer, it's best to mingle with the late-night hustle and bustle in the pretty, quaint alleyways right...

”Tom was a dream to communicate with and his home was gorgeous! The photos hardly do the stunning view justice. It's even better in person. Indeed, there is a big set of stairs that one must climb/descend to get to the loft and the bedrooms lack a little privacy but we had zero issue with either! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. ”

”We loved our stay in Formentera. The apartment was a great location - quick to access all other parts of the island. There was a car and moped rental just steps away as well, which made checking in and renting a car very easy. The apartment was quiet except for we could hear people in the other apartments and certain nights the hotel nearby had loud club music until 10:30pm. ”Couldn’t recommend this apartment enough! It really does have everything you need in a holiday, is so clean, spacious and relaxing. The 2 supermarkets are literally 4 mins away and sell the most amazing fresh food the bus stop to go to different beaches or return to the airport is also only 4 mins away. The harbour is a pleasant walk to many choices of eateries and the pool is like a lake and there is never anyone in it! The gardens are beautiful is honestly just perfect. We loved everything...

”This quaint apartment is in a beautiful, quiet, & peaceful apartment complex, walking distance from Cala Llenya There are friendly families & a cliff walk that will take your breath away, along with a community-shared charcoal grill and picnic area to watch the glorious sea on the cliff. The apartment is small and although it does sleep 3, I recommend no more than 2 guests for the comfort of all involved.
