"Huone oli siisti ja näkymät hyvät. Hotellin valinnassa meillä oli tärkeää, että huoneesta löytyy hierova amme. Pettymykseksemme hanasta tuli vain kylmää vettä, emmekä pystyneet käyttämään sitä. Mielestäni kokonaisuuteen nähden ylihinnoiteltu."

"The worst 5-star hotel I have ever stayed in. Our room had such a strong smell of mold and dampness that it gave us headaches, and we felt completely congested throughout the stay. The room was severely water-damaged, as the floor tiles all over the room sank when you walked on them. The room was unbearably humid – you couldn’t put on makeup inside because the mirrors fogged up, not to mention drying or styling your hair. The bathroom was full of black mold, and the so-called Balmain toiletries had been refilled with something entirely different. For example, the shampoo bottle was full of water mixed with some soap, and it was so diluted that it couldn’t actually wash anything. When booking, extra benefits were promised for Expedia Gold members, such as early/late check-in and room upgrades, but none of these were available. The restaurant food (upstairs) was really poor. And I will add picture about the furniture - tilted shelf didn't give 5 stars either"
