”We really enjoyed our stay in Hostel Juanita. First of all we loved the very friendly and helpful staff. It’s nice that reception is open 24/7. The room was cleaned everyday and the bathrooms were always clean too. Also there were totally enough bathrooms so you never had to wait for getting in. The soundproofing wasn’t that good, but the hostel and the area is generally speaking quiet so it didn’t bother us.
I would highly recommend Hostel Juanita.”

”The worst 5-star hotel I have ever stayed in.
Our room had such a strong smell of mold and dampness that it gave us headaches, and we felt completely congested throughout the stay. The room was severely water-damaged, as the floor tiles all over the room sank when you walked on them.
The room was unbearably humid – you couldn’t put on makeup inside because the mirrors fogged up, not to mention drying or styling your hair.
The bathroom was full of black mold, and the so-called Balmain...

”The hotel lobby is large. Locations was good. Our room had trash in it when we arrived and the shampoo bottles were empty! No pool towels for guests! Plenty of sun beds to use! Went to beach club and restaurant on site they were both very good! Water spots available walking distance! Staff were courteous but not friendly! You could easily hear people talk in adjacent rooms so if you’re a light sleeper that could be an issue. I still think the hotel was nice and would stay again!”
