New modern apartment, Scandinavian style, ocean view, huge terrace

This two-bedroom apartment with a terrace and ocean view features a private entrance. It also includes 1 living room, 2 separate bedrooms, and 1 bathroom with a shower. Guests will find a stovetop, microwave, filter coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchenware, and a flat-screen smart TV. The apartment also provides guests with a barbecue, table, and lounge chairs on the terrace. Two double beds, each 140 cm wide. Only one of the bedrooms has a window facing the terrace.

This is a quiet area suitable for adults, and we strongly recommend that you have a car. It is within walking distance of Buen Paso, which has several restaurants, bars, a Lidl, grocery stores, and shops for daily necessities. It’s a short drive to Icod de Los Vinos and 25 minutes to Puerto de la Cruz. You can visit the famous dragon tree and Botanical Garden, and it’s a short trip to Garachico, a popular tourist destination. You can also visit the famous Teide volcano. The apartment is on the third floor and there is no elevator, so it is not suitable for elderly or disabled guests.
