”Would recommend. Clean, great staff, modern.”

”Great location, room a bit dated but located near the beach”

”Friendly staff, great location”

”Very nice. Clean, quiet and affordable.”

”Very clean room. Well located”

”Booked a year in advance for ocean view room. Got one on 3rd floor, was right beside air handling unit on 2nd floor. Noise was horrendous, had a low ocean view, but noise made sitting on deck impossible. Bathroom sink drain clogged, would fill up quickly and drain 15 mins later. AC would not go colder than 22.5 C. Would not of been as much of issue if could of opened patio doors for breeze, too loud. All in all not a great experience”

”Not a bad option for Main Beach”

”Unfortunately the weather was wet so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool area which we were really looking forward to. Was not happy with the cleaning of the room; found a bag of meth behind bed when moved the bed”

”Very roomy and clean excellent position wouldn't hesitate to back”

”This hotel was in a great location for us. So close to public transport, shops and Restaurants. We were greeted by a friendly cheery young lady at reception. The room was very clean and bed comfortable. We were kept well supplied with toiletries, but unfortunately milk was not replenished so only had the one coffee during our 3 night stay. Air con worked well.It was great to be able to wash and dry our clothes in the laundry at no extra cost.”

”Nice new(ish) hotel. One of the most comfortable beds I've slept on in a long time. Has so much potential but feel few main things that let it down 1) Lack of parking. Whilst can pay for parking spots are very limited. We were unable to get one and had to do laps around area to find parks. Its untimed on weekends but 4hrs weekdays. 2) Breakfast options were very limited. was a cabinet of savouries and cakes that didn't seem overly fresh. Given it's on outskirt of Southport (and parking...

”The room we got was not the one in the advertisement. The amenities were ere the same but room arrangement was not. I think the listing is over exaggerated and they need to put real photos in Expedia. The stairway carpets are dirty stained. The whole place would do with an update or just a good thorough clean. Initially the room had a strong foul odour. The staff was helpful and refund of deposit was fast.”
