Thank you so much for leaving us a review on your stay! I do apologize that you didn't get room service. Wyndham changed the policy to cut down on waste, and use less energy. Its the Wyndham green program. We do have signs in the the room, and the front desk that states the housekeeping policy. I do apologize that the front desk staff didn't tell you this at check in. I will retrain them so everyone at check in knows. I hope you will come stay with us again if your travels bring you back to the Idaho Falls area.

I am so sorry you didn't get to swim. I am happy someone was able to reach out to you before your arrival so you had the opportunity to cancel through Expedia. I also apologize that the heater was loud. Did you let the front desk know so we could have had maintenance look at it? We also would have been happy to switch you rooms. We are currently doing upgrades in our rooms, and I will tell our maintenance team about your room. Thank you for letting us know so we can promptly address it. The front desk clerk that checked you in usually gets very good feedback from our guests. She is always so kind. I will talk to her, and see if everything was going okay. We actually serve Dannon light, and fit yogurt, and Yoplait. The Trix is actually just strawberry banana flavored yogurt, and has the exact same ingredients as the adult version of the Yoplait yogurt. Most people think its fun, and the kids love it. We want both adults, and kids to feel welcomed. I apologize that you didn't enjoy it. We are taking your remarks and using them to improve.
