This cabin is in a great location; just minutes from the Village. The property feels remote from the back windows - we especially liked the open space feel.
I don't know if the house is a work in progress, but there are areas that need to be repainted. There are dark stains on a wall in the kitchen, and the paint on the bathroom door downstairs has seen better days. Also areas where workmanship took a back seat.
The kitchen was well stocked; we found everything we needed eventually. Would have appreciated knowing that the coffee maker was a Keurig; there were only four pods for four people for a three-night stay. Also a bit confused about the optics of the Keurig; the property manager was proud to supply plastic-free soap, shampoo, and conditioner, yet Keurig cups aren't exactly compostable.
Finally, there were no blow dryers. I think folks can reasonably expect one.
The place is laid out nicely, and for families with kids, the downstairs area would be ideal.
