Gite La Varenne welcomes you to Igornay, in the heart of Burgundy. This 120 sqm converted barn comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The well-equipped kitchen includes a filter coffee machine, and the home is heated by a central heating system on gas as well as a large wood fireplace. Amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls and streaming, a TV with streaming capabilities, a fan, a washing machine, a dryer, a dedicated workspace, and a highchair. You will also find books and games for children.



Step outside to your private enclosed garden, offering plenty of shade and several seating areas. A private grill is at your disposal for outdoor meals. The covered fresh water pool, approximately 6 by 4 meters and 1.20 meters deep, is located just behind the property with a sitting area alongside it. The pool cover passively heats the water with sunlight.



Two parking spaces are available on-site. Up to two pets are welcome for an extra fee. Please note that puppies are not allowed, and pets must stay off beds, furniture, and out of the pool. Parties and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10 pm onward.



The property is situated in a quiet hamlet surrounded by forest and fields, close to Autun and near the Morvan. Options for biking and hiking are available nearby, along with many Roman influences to discover. Several restaurants can be found within a 15-minute drive, and weekly markets and local produce markets are held in the area. A small supermarket is located in Igornay. Burgundy wine country is just 20 minutes away in the direction of Beaune, where you can also visit a mustard factory. Several lakes in the Morvan and surrounding towns offer water activities.
