”Amazing place! Great buffet breakfast and also an option to have the breakfast on the barrel terrace. The only minus was that I was travelling with a friend and requested to have two separate blankets. There was an extra in the closet but no cover to it. When calling again to ask for the separate blanket we were broaght 4 extra sheets but still no cover to the extra blanket. (The barrels seem to be more for couples travelling but it would be nice if the hotel would accomodate for others as well...

With only 4 rooms currently, the place is intimate and at times all to yourself. Beautiful infinity pool, wood burning hot tub & sauna all with outstanding views. There is no gym at the facility although there is a lovely spa. Location was great to explore the Quinta’s and vineyards of the Duro Valley. You do need a car or driver as uber is not easy to get. ”
