”This is a new and beautiful hotel. Located in a Russian community. For Israel, most hotels are dirty and cheaply put together. But this is the exception.W stayed in a “Classic” room. The room size was large, modern and clean. The staff was amazing. So accommodating. Parking: if you’re driving you MUST call and reserve your space. The hotel is on a corner. There is NOT a place to pull up to the hotel and unload your luggage. The parking garage is secure but they available parking spots are few....

”My luggage was removed from my room during the first day. Reported to the hotel magnetment but the didn't believe me. reported the case to the police. Second day after returning from the police station, I found all my luggage hidden in the cleaning staffs room.”

”I was travelling on business and chose this location because it was close. I think this is a nice hotel if you go to the spa and stay for one night but I would not choose it for business. The room was ok but noisy. They were renovating and this caused some noise, I had to ask every night to shut down a noise coming from next room. There was also noise from the hallway and other rooms. So if you want to sleep, Id choose a hotel, not a spa. Also I had some trouble with breakfast, kitchen opened...

”Hotellissa ei osattu englantia riittävän hyvin. Aamiainen täsmälleen samanlainen joka päivä, ei hedelmiä, ei jogurttia, ei buffet aamiainen. Hyvä ranta ihan vieressä. Jaffaan noin neljä kilometriä. Bussilla pääsee, jos ymmärtää linjat ja osaa hepreaa.”
