After a busy day visiting the village of La Grimpette, hiking, swimming, fishing and sailing, come and relax and return to your pied-à-terre. This spacious new 100 m² house has a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a storeroom, three bedrooms, a shower room, a bathroom as well as a large terrace (72 m²) and garden furniture.

The house :
On two levels, it is composed as follows:

Ground floor:
- A large living room with a double sofa bed, two armchairs, a coffee table, a TV and a dining table for up to 6 guests. This area has three large glass doors giving access to the outside.
- A modern kitchen opening onto the living room, fully equipped with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, etc.
- A utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
- Bedroom 1: bright bedroom with queen-size bed.
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 2: spacious, with two single beds, a wardrobe and a desk.
- Bedroom 3: two single beds and a small wardrobe.
- Shower room with shower and WC.

No shutters but curtains in other rooms, blackout curtains in bedrooms.

Outside:
- Large terrace with garden furniture and electric barbecue available.
- Bike rack for 5 bikes

Nearby amenities:
- Plage du Gored 300 m away (4-minute walk)
- Petite plage du Vran, located on the east side, more private, for sunbathing and fishing on foot
- Boat hire on Grande plage (about 30 minutes away)
- Port Blanc Île aux Moines is 1.9 km away. Taxis can take you to your accommodation for €8.5.

Activities :
After fishing and swimming on one of the island's 5 magnificent beaches, head to the village to stroll through the pretty little streets of La Grimpette, La Forge or Les Corsaires. Enjoy a plate of oysters on a terrace in the shade of a fig tree, then hop on a bike and ride down to the Pointe du Nioul along the Penhap trail, dotted with megaliths. The dream of a beautiful day doesn't end here: on the contrary, it begins anew, in front of the sublime panorama opening out over the Gulf of Morbihan!

Transport :
- Ferry Compagnie Izenah from Port Blanc to Ile au Moine (5 minutes by ferry)
- Auray railway station 18.5 km away (53 minutes by car)
- Vannes airport 26.6 km away (59 minutes by car)
- Taxi from the port to the house
- As there are no cars on the island, it's difficult to get around by car, so it's best to cycle.
- There are 4 bike hire companies on the island, so don't forget to bring your locks.

Neighbourhood:
This quiet, pleasant neighbourhood is just a stone's throw from the small Gored beach. Supermarket about 15 minutes' walk away. Village, port, small market, allow 30 min to walk.

- A cot and booster seat are available on request.
- Free Wifi access.
- Pets not allowed.
- Bed linen and towels included.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
