"Hotellissa oli ystävällinen henkilökunta, sijainti varsin hyvä, erikseen maksettu aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja maukas ja huoneen hintaan sisältyi jokaiseen päivään pullot vettä, limsatölkit ja pikkusnacksit. Hissit ovat vielä jonkin kuukauden ajan aika ajoin huoltoremontissa, mikä saattaa vaikuttaa. Portaikon kauttakin pääsee, mutta aluksi niiden löytäminen voi viedä hetken ellei kysy opastusta. Lontoon hintatasoon ja kokonaiskokemukseen nähden antoi hinnalle varsin hyvin vastinetta. "

"Our room was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. Walls were paper thin, so you can hear everything from the rooms next to you. Breakfast was good. Overall a good experience. Would stay there again."

"I traveled with two of my friends, so we got the Cocoon 3. The staff is friendly and checking in was easy and convenient. The hotel is clean, modern and aesthetically pleasing, both the lobby and the room. I enjoyed the room a lot, and the fact that there are no windows didn't bother me once. The lighting in the room is nice, which played a part in it. The shower acted up a little bit, taking a moment for the hot water to come through but then again I don't know if this actually had anything to do with the hotel. Overall great location, amazing value for such a low price point, good service and a comfortable stay. Will definitely book again."

"Location was perfect. Next to Hyde park. Also metro and bus stops very close. Only minus was that our room was very cold even thought it was 5-10 degrees outside all the time."
