”Henkilökunta oli super ystävällistä! ❤️Sisäänkirjautuminen oli sujuvaa, huone juuri sopiva meille, siisti ja mukava sänky. Ainut mitä olisi kaivattu: pieni jääkaappi johon olisi saanut eväitä kylmään. Seinien läpi kuului äänet kadulta ja muista huoneista, mutta koska nukutaan korvatulpilla, se ei meitå haitannut. Kaksi peittoa olisi ollut meille mukavampi kuin 1 mutta meni se näinkin🤗”

"Really slow check-in process. The room is decent, but a bit rusty already for the price. The swimming pool area too crowded even if prior booking. The pool is extremely small, not good for swimming, the water in the pool was not clear and felt dirty. Playground area for kids was nice and had enough activities. The staff was really friendly. Breakfast is decent, but avoid rush hour, because it is really crowded. Overall stay was ok, but not matching the price paid."

"Centrally located and very kind staff! However the rooms are outdated, beds need an update and compared to the price, the experience low value. The surfaces in the room would need proper cleaning. Not worth to pay the extra for the park view as on the 4th floor the view was blocked by the building decoration and it was very noisy to the street. Both should be mentioned when booking or at least when checking in. Do not state it is one of the best rooms. We were not able to change rooms despite asking. Breakfast is also not worth it. Save the money and go to the nearby breakfast places, that are not that noisy and better quality."

"Aluksi saimme huoneen, jossa oli puutteita esimerkiksi kylpyhuoneen kalusteiden toimivuudessa, mutta kerrottuamme epäkohdasta saimme uuden, paremman huoneen. Aamiainen oli perinteinen paikallinen aamupala, eikä vaihtoehtoja ollut kovin paljon. Aamiainen oli kuitenkin maukas ja sillä pärjäsi hyvin pitkälle iltapäivään saakka. "

"Aamiainen oli loistava. Ehdottomasti rahanarvoinen, monipuolinen ja tuorettakin löytyi. Aamupalatarjottavia myös täydennettiin koko ajan, joten mikään ei päässyt loppumaan. Huone ja koko hotelli oli siisti ja siivottiin päivittäin. Wifi toimi hyvin. Lisätoiveet otettiin hyvin huomioon. Parisänky on todella kapea. Kaksi yhtään isokokoisempaa ei mahdu nukkumaan vierekkäin. Kannattaa ottaa huone erillisillä sängyillä. Myös brittiläinen tapa laittaa aina parisänkyyn tuplapeitto, kannattaa huomioida. Äänieristys huoneesta käytävään oli heikko. Hotelli kyllä tarjosi automaattisesti korvatulpat huoneessa, niille oli käyttöä. Myös ilmastointi puuttuu. Se ei juurikaan huhtikuussa haitannut, mutta varmasti kesäkuukausina vaikuttaa viihtyvyyteen."

"Sijainti hyvä, lähin metroasema lähellä. Komea maisema Thames-joelle ja Tower Bridgelle. Aamiainen kattava ja monipuolinen, jopa hedelmiä sekä tuoretta kurkkua ja tomaattia oli tarjolla. Sängyt olivat siistejä ja mukavia, huone siivottiin ja pyyhkeet vaihdettiin päivittäin. Ilmastointi oli hieman äänekäs, mutta hyvin saatiin nukuttua."

"Huone oli siisti mutta todella pieni, kahden ison matkalaukun kanssa oli hankalaa. Wc oli pieni, suihkuun/suihkusta ulos ei meinannut mahtua koska suihkun ovi aukesi ”väärinpäin”. Olimme toisessa kerroksessa pääkadun puolella ja se oli todella meluisa. Hotellin vieressä on liikennevalot josta lähdetään kovaa ääneen kiihdyttäen, kuuluu kuin olisi ikkuna auki. Huoneen ovi tuntui vähän heppoiselta, tuntui turvattomalta. Ilmalämpöpumppu tuntui toimivan oman mielen mukaan, joskus tuli kylmää ilmaa ja toisinaan huoneessa oli tukalan kuuma. Aamupala oli melko suppea mutta mahan sai täyteen, tarjoiluja täydennettiin koko ajan ja kaikki oli tuoretta. Tarjolla oli myös gluteenittomia vaihtoehtoja. Henkilökunta oli avuliasta ja ystävällistä. Check in ja out sujuivat mutkattomasti. Laukkujen säilytys maksoi £3/laukku. Hotellin lähellä on paljon hyviä pubeja ja ravintoloita, ja sijainti on loistava metroaseman lähellä. Bussipysäkit ovat lähellä. "
