”It's better to complete the check-in before 10pm, our experience was quite hassled after 10pm as the main gate was closed and we had to find ways to access the room. The access to swimming pool was so confused, the instruction mentioned about the tag but the security staff said it's no longer valid and a blue card is now in place. There was a card in the room but owner said that was left from previous people. We tried to use the blue card but in vain. The kitchen sink was blocked and the air...

"I want to thank you to the new guy in the hotel reception, ( he said he is new ) there was small misunderstanding but he handled it so well and kindly. He was so very kind, and professional.
