”The property is all good and quiet (except the cooker is faulty). It is walkable distance to the market and parks, although it can get really busy with traffic. The room is clean, relaxing - there’s hot water in the shower but it doesn’t last long, it gets cold before you even finish showering. No lift to go up to your room nor down, so if you have lots of luggage it’s a struggle, especially if your room is on the top, and stuff won’t help to take your belongings upstairs so be prepared for...

”We chose Lee Boutique Hotel to get away from the city and unwind. Peaceful location with an excellent restaurant about 100 meters away, also catch a jeepney from right outside, to get a ride into the city. Very clean newer hotel with great helpful staff.”

”I wont recommend this place,So dirty.I need to wait first before check in though I arrive at 4PM.The room was available but the bed sheet has'nt change yet.They did not clean the room.Just bed sheet change,no cleaning.Garbage basket so dirty,eeewww!!No plastic garbage available when I asked..I think the owner don't care with their customer..No privacy even you have your own room..So noisy!Not worth for money!”
