âArrived late, note on reception door to locate keys , easy peasy.
Room was spot on, even found an corneto ice cream in the kitchenette freezer. Not good as we had to fight over who ate it!

âThe hotel was clean and the room was nicely renovated. The breakfast was good quality but needed a couple more choices - perhaps some hash browns, pastries, waffles or banana bread. The basketball half court was closed for maintenance - the tennis court could also benefit from some minor maintenance too (net and fences). Lovely staff.â

âMattress was in very poor condition with broken springs. Saw Cockroaches in the cabin on two occasions. TV chromecast did not work and very popr customer service. We have stayed at Tasman Parks in the past and would now reconsider. When we were ready to leave we realised that the conditions required us to strip bed linen and place in laundry bags and take out the rubbish. Which we did. At the rates charged this is completely unreasonable.â
