The apartment features 3 bedrooms (bedroom 3 is accessed via bedroom 2), 2 bathrooms with shower and WC, and a generous open-plan kitchen with a large corner bench. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker, kettle, and microwave. A washing machine is also available. Access to the loggia is possible from both the living room and bedroom 1.



In the garden, you'll find a small trampoline and a seating area with barbecue facilities. Additional barbecue options are available at the covered house entrance. Bicycles can be stored free of charge in the bike garage in the annex. Baby and children's beds are available free of charge on request.



Kippenhausen is just about 1 km from Lake Constance and offers a quiet location away from main roads. The region is perfect for cycling along the lake, boat trips with the Weiße Flotte, or swimming at the lake or the Aquastaad beach and indoor pool.

Parking is available on the property. Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed. A storage room for bicycles is provided.
