Motellit – Imperial Beach

”First the good: it is inexpensive, and the staff are extremely friendly. That's all. We had a reservation for 3 nights amd just left after the first one. The rooms are in terrible condition, and do not at all look like the pictures online. The sheets were covered in someone's hair. The furniture was all broken or missing parts. There's a new kitchenette with stove, but no pans. The shower head sprayed more water out the back than the actual spout so we couldn't bathe, which was the last...

”We have stayed here a few times and we really like the clean fresh classic motel rooms- the helpful staff- quiet room, very comfortable bed and great shower. Very laid back feel and beautiful tropical plants on the property🌺”

”Absolutely awful. We tried to check in and they claimed our booking was cancelled, even though expedia showed we still had it. They apparently we already full, so they did us a "favor" and showed us their disability accommodation room that they normally save for guests who need it. We walked in and it wreaked of cigarettes, the towels, sink, and tub were dirty, and there were stains on the bed. We walked out and found a new place. Don't waste your money here.”

”Horrible place to stay. We had a sleep in our car because the place has vermin, roaches we’re crawling everywhere including the bed. Disgusting do NOT recommend, don’t come here.”

”Room was clean and updated, checkin and check out was easy, staff was nice, breakfast area was small but was ok. Restaurants and stores are close by. Water Conservation Garden and Heritage of the Americas Museum were close by. Online the property looks nicer but overall our stay was pleasant.”

”On site breakfast was great although more chocolate chip muffins would be amazing! They have bike rentals, although we didn't get a chance to use them, we plan to next time!”

”I don’t know what to tell you I have had si h wildly different experiences at this place. The first time I stayed there it was was gorgeous, perfect delightful. and that time I was able to pay the deposit on my card. The second time, I had cash for the room, I had my ID and money on my card, but that time they said it had to be a cash deposit.. ok.. I wasn’t able to get cash from the local atms, and I was sp tired, it was Christmas, and I had to work the next day, so they made an “arrangement”...

”It was all good, only stayed for one nigh, but will definitely come back. ”
