”The slopes were extremely accessible and the ski valet staff were great. We came during spring break so I’m sure we paid a premium price, but we expected more out of the room and amenities for the extreme amount we paid. The room was run down and the sofa/bed was really old. I’ve stayed in much better for far less. The amenities/perks had all kinds of issues. Bowling alley was down, the spa was unavailable and the restaurant wasn’t as described. It was a challenge to get a decent breakfast and...

”Really great people in every aspect of the place. From front desk to concierge (Carol) to ski (Nathan) and parking valet, all great! Some aspects of the rooms are just beginning to get a little worn and dated - to be expected in a ski resort. Absolutely great location!”

”The room itself was amazing and clean. Easy access to everywhere. Not happy being charged $1 when checking in and then my card being charged another $1 when checking out. That's an expensive interest charge for $2! Also not happy with Red Awning who the room was booked through. I would not recommend them, terrible communication!”

”Overall stay was good and customer service was good It was close to everything and views were good . The only thing that bothered me was that no one came in to clean our sheets or give us new towels or toilet paper all 4 nights we were there. We had to go to the front desk or find house keeping cleaning other rooms just not ours.”

”Esta muy bien ubicado, te trasladan hacia la pista gratis y a la main street aunque caminando es muy cerca, lo único un poco incomodo es el estacionamiento con valet, aunque los chicos son super amables y muy serviciales, si es caro pero vale la pena si te gusta el confort, el hotel es super bonito y muy acogedor con su chimenea central; la recepcion muy rapida y amables todo el tiempo. Sin duda volveremos”

”Hotelli täytti kaikin puolin odotuksemme. Tyylikäs paikka, jossa oli hyvä palvelu. Rinteeseen pääsy helppoa, vaikka hotelli ei ole rinteiden vieressä. Ulkoporeallas mukavan eksoottinen kokemus. Pieni miinus sängystä, joka ei ollut kovin hyvä nukkua.”
