”The hosts didn’t open Expedia’s chat room regularly. I needed to contact the platform’s CS to get an email which was not provided in the hosts’ confirmation messages. You may miss some key information if you weren’t aware of this.”

”You get what you pay for, if you’ll excuse the cliche. If you’re on a very tight budget and need to sleep a few people, maybe this is your place. It smelled quite strongly and bad (a different kind of badness in each room, strangely), the check in process is unnecessarily contrived, and it’s very hard to read the combo lock at night, almost impossible w the glare of light off of tiny chrome numbers. I regret booking this place, should have known better, but again, it’s cheap, so my fault for not...

”Everything was great, my only small complaint was that the tv was small and only had 12 channels and all of them were Japanese channels, it would of been nice if you add some English channels”

”Spiders dirty felt like a jail. Run”

”Todo bien. Solo antes de dormir no olvides cerrar las persianas para que no te despierte la luz del día.”

”It was a reasonable stay. But slightly confusing. There is two properties for this address. Google maps brought us to the wrong one. They did not respond on Expedia within 2 hours. We resorted to WhatsApp that they replied in about 15 minutes. Being at the second property the door code worked but the lock box did not we waited for an hour before using whatsapp. The room is quite small and there is tables and chairs that just take up space. Barely enough room for 2 backpacks and a carry on...

”The apartment was very clean, safe and quiet. I appreciated how close it was to Setagaya station. The fan in the bathroom had a loud noise initially but I contacted the property management and they fixed a problem quickly. Communication with property management was easy and the instructions for check-in and check-out were very clear. The only downside for me was the mattress. I stayed for 2 weeks so I wish it was firmer and more comfortable. It was overall a lovely stay and I'd enjoy staying...

”わからないことがあり問い合わせした ときに、丁寧に対応していただき、 とても助かりました。”

”When I arrived to the property it looked great on the outside. Our room unfortunately had a strange smell, like urine near the beds, not near the bathrooms. Then I realized that the room wasn’t what I had booked at all, it wasn’t what they showed in the listing or ANY of the photos on the Expedia site. I messaged them the day before checkout to see how we could request late checkout because there was a miscommunication with our driver and they replied to me at 2am then I messaged them early in...

”We stayed for 4 nights at Rio Grande, the location was excellent for both accessing the metro and for walking into Shinjuku (45 minutes). On arrival we had a long delay at the airport and were much later arriving than expected (after 12 at night), the staff were supportive and we were able to access the property easily. I would highly recommend this apartment for its location, for the facilities available and for easy contact with the staff. Thank you”

”Great cozy place with lots of room.”

”Handy for the station to get into shibua and haneda airport. We stayed just as a base for one night before heading to the airport. There is a steep hill to get up which is a bit tricky with luggage but fine one the way back ! Apartment ok very basic but nice toiletries. We appreciated them accommodating our request for an early bag drop too. They were very communicative and responded”

”非常に清潔で、”

”Mattresses and linens were excellent. Elevator is convenient to the room. Intercom is a nice feature. Wish the door had an electronic lock. Getting a key out of a lockbox and having to share one key between 3 people was not ideal.”

”The room itself is very nice, clean, pretty spacious considering in japan that they only have limited space here. But I have my complains. It gets very loud specially in the morning. Lots of construction going around the building. The front entrance where you get to the elevators, the hallway to get to the room, I hate to say this but the stench of the carpet is by far the worst smell I have ever endured.”
