”The breakfast was just okay, not much variety, and only one protein choice, usually fried. The customer service wasn't great either, and I didn't feel like I got my money's worth. On my last day, they suddenly gave me a menu and said I could pick something if I didn't like what was available. I was there for four days and never got that option before. I guess it was their last attempt to fix things, but it was too little, too late.”

”Little bit of problem in our room with electrics and sound proofing needs upgrade. We were staying on suite and pool bar music (bass) was heard in our room. Service was excellent and location is great.”

”It’s a nice place and had some great features. Others, like shredded bathmat and torn curtains really detract from the overall impression. ”

”Clean room, very friendly staff and breakfast with large variety. Pool with great view. Rooms reasonally prised.”

”I asked a staff to come help refill the body shower foam and he stepped all over the place with his shoes including the mat that I dry my feet on. Uncalled for.”

”Hyvällä keskeisellä paikalla sijaiseva hotelli, jonka uima-altaalta hieno näkymä merelle. Aamiainen Aasia-painotteinen, mutta kattava. Ystävällinen ja auttavainen henkilökunta. Tilava huone sohvalla. Kannattaa satsata huoneeseen merinäköalalla.”

”One of the key points which every hotel has is to provide two bottles of water per day when stayin at hotel. Aston Manado hotel dis not provide any water at all not in bottle and not in the corridor water supply which was all the time empty. I made compalint three times to reception and to waitress at restaurant and written, but with no notice. This gave me the impression that the hotel did not care at all of my staying. ”Olimme samassa hotellissa toistamiseen. Palvelu on hidasta, vaikka mukavat nuoret työntekijät varmasti yrittävät parastaan. Sängyt edelleenkin todella miellyttävät.”

”Yölennon jälkeen hyvä paikka levätä. Siisti huone, hyvä sänky ja aamupala ok. Lähellä ostoskeskus.”

”I booked this hotel for my family, and they really enjoyed their stay! They loved the beautiful hotel and views, and they had a lot of fun at the mini water parks. The only downside was the poor phone connection and the Wi-Fi not working. They reported the Wi-Fi issue three times and were told someone would come fix it, but unfortunately, it still wasn’t working when they checked out. Overall, my family had a great time and enjoyed their stay!”

”What a grand lobby, in its day this must have been magnificent. Rooms are tired, staff were very helpful.”

”Vicino al centro commerciale. Hotel pulito e staff ok Non posso valutare la colazione perché avevo l'aereo all'alba ”

”First: Extra friendly and helpful staff! Good location near seaside restaurants and shopping malls. Good breakfast. But 1. Safety box didn't work before and after repairing 2. You had to tell reseption if you wanted to go to swimming pool, because it was locked. Waiting every day somebody to come and open the door. 3. We got somebody elses laundry and some of ours were missing. Found later. 4. The elevator didn't work properly. It left us too high and we had to jump out. Out of order in last...

”Comfortable glamping with great view. Clean and comfortable. ”
