”Would stay again, and 100% recommend. Fantastic location, makes everything in Placencia very walkable. Property was clean, staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The chalk board welcome with our names was a nice touch. Toucan Jacks, while not a part of the property itself, is an outstanding adjacent business that makes time spent at the property very pleasant. The only complaint is that, at least during our stay, power outages were frequent and daily. They were, however, doing quite a bit...

”Lovely stay! Helpful staff! Only one person (female bartender) seemed to be having a bad day! She was on her phone when I approached, and proceeded to fling things around as she made our drinks. I didn't let it spoil my time in the pool, but the energy was definitely different than anyone else at the property!! My husband and I loved the bungalow on the beach!”

”My husband and I visited in January 2026 and had the most AMAZING and memorable honeymoon.
The staff was wonderful and so helpful from the time we booked until the day we left. Every single person we encountered was kind, welcoming, and helpful. The people who picked us up from the airport (our flight got in a couple of hours early) came within 10 minutes to pick us up early after we called and they offered us a local beer (or water).
