”Drug deals and loitering in the parking lot. Having to ask them to quit leaning on my car. Blaring music until two in the morning. Fighting and screaming past midnight. Dogs barking all night long. The room was disgusting and I didn’t want to touch a single thing. We didn’t get any sleep and couldn’t wait for office staff to show up so we could get far away as possible. They said they would refund the next two nights we paid for but we are still waiting to see it.”

”The moment we walked in after 1:30 AM, and two delayed flights we were treated with excellence. We let the desk know our bag would be delivered the next day. Since we were there for the Ducks graduation ceremony we wouldn't be there for delivery. The desk made sure to put it in our room. ”I walked in and felt my body relax immediately. The space was fresh, clean, welcoming, and easy to navigate to my room. As I had been driving for about 9 hours, I needed this and it delivered. Staff were courteous, pleasant and helpful. Accessing my room was easy.
