”Booked this hotel to go to several Royals games. Was so pleasantly suprised by the lovely property surrounding it. Great for walking and jogging, a small lake and little waterfall as well as super safe neighborhood. The hotel itself is very cute and clean. Staff was very helpful. Hotel also has a small bar and restaurant. Room had both a dorm size fridge and microwave. Would stay again 💯.”

”This was quite comfortable and spacious. It was a regular home away from home with separate living room, kitchen and bedrooms all of which were well furnished with comfortable furniture, unlike many places I’ve stayed where the furniture is clearly cheap or old.
The street was quiet and secluded, yet near enough to everything we wanted to see.
I would recommend and will seek to stay again in the future.”

”Communication with the host was great. House was clean and quiet. Inside had nice furnishings. Location was convenient outside of KC but not a bad drive and also close to Independence. Easy check out with minimal "chores " which was great.”
