”Everything was exceptional. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room spacious, clean, quiet. Internet good. Breakfast hot, good selections, and staff at breakfast exceptionally friendly and helpful. Everyone we encountered from check in to check out and even the person working around the hotel that we passed in the hallway went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay.”

”Never saw a staff member the entire weekend stay…only a sign at the front desk stating “we stepped away from front desk, we will back momentarily” (yes, with the incorrect grammar). The room had no telephone to contact front desk, no vending machines were stocked or working, TV in the room did not work, under the bed sheets were little beads of piling, no extra blanket/pillows, no cleaning services were provided, no cups provided for in room coffee pot bar or ice, there was no complimentary...

”Food was ok, nothing speacial- room was cold and clean. Property looked old but convenient. Would stay again. Better casinos nearby but way more expensive”

”Restaurant very awful. Food took all day. When I ordered ribeye they came back and said they was out of steaks. They staff ate them all for lunch on their break. So I ordered country fried steak and mash potatoes. Potatoes was hard and not mashed but bitter to eat. Country fried steak was burnt and crumbled with I tried to cut it. Awful place to gamble. Do not do it”

”The bathtub was rusted, room was dusty, parking garage elevator was broken and apparently has been for a long time so you have to walk down the stairs if you need to park on the upper levels. Parts of the hotel did not have ventilation so there was no a/c blowing in the middle of summer .”

”The gentleman that greeted us was friendly and efficient. The room was very spacious and included a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and kitchenware. We only used the refrigerator, which was clean and working well. The room itself was a little dated and needed some minor maintenance including a loose toilet seat and showerhead replacement. The bathroom is large, but towels are a good 4 feet from the shower with no nearby hooks, which is inconvenient. Breakfast was adequate.”
