”You just can't beat the location! The view was breathtaking, and you're literally steps away from the sand and ocean. The two-story layout gave our family of 4 plenty of room to spread out and feel at home, and the heated pool was a wonderful bonus. We did encounter a couple of minor issues during our stay. There were some dead lovebugs upon arrival, but the management company contacted us immediately to explain the situation, and it really wasn't an issue after the first day. During a heavy...

”Beach access was a 10. Pool was great. Our unit was exactly what we booked. I’ve stayed at several vacation rentals. Usually there are basic kitchen items, probably left from previous guests, but this place didn’t have any of that. Pack your salt and pepper and literally anything you want to cook with. The Cuban restaurant across the street is really good and you can walk there. I would 100% return to this property… with seasonings, lol”

”The house had a big yard and right on the ocean. House was clean and welcoming. We had a great weekend celebrating my daughter’s birthday. We loved the fire pit and Tiki Bar. ”

”Super clean, good vibes. Directly on ocean and next to pool. Great location. Will book again in the future.”

”When I pulled up I was a bit concerned as the outside could use a fresh coat of paint but was very happy once I went in. The refrigerator was the perfect size, the whole place was great and suited my needs for week. I would stay there again.”

”We loved this spot! Adorable and very clean little house with a well-kept yard and nice deck and grilling area out back to enjoy outdoor meals. The neighborhood is a quiet area with mostly much older (but kept up or remodeled - NOT rundown) homes right along the river, which you can see from the yard and is a 2min or less walk from the house. Very close to downtown Melbourne and a short drive to everything. Very comfortable all the way around and at such a great price! We would absolutely...

”My entire family was absolutely so pleased with this property! It was clean, cute, had all the basics you’d need, and is in a great location. It is a pet friendly place and the dining room/sun room does have a pet smell. Also, the backyard is not fully fenced in - so do not just let your dogs out! The hosts were hands down the most communicative hosts I’ve ever dealt with. They were so quick to respond, accommodated my early arrival, and gave me local suggestions for things to do and places to...

”casa tranquila, muy amigable todo bien organizado 100% recomendo”

”My parents and I stayed here and absolutely loved it. It was clean and well-stocked. The home is just as it appears in the pics. Very relaxing place to stay. Will definitely stay here again and most definitely recommend to others!”

”There were minor things like weeds growing on the cracks of the drive and backyard; the lawn could have been freshly cut and the pool vacuumed prior to our arrival, and finally, there was an odd smell (not terrible) that we could not figure out where it was coming from. We contacted the management company and the person who showed up said she could not smell anything. Finally, two bathrooms for a house advertised for a house that sleeps eight, was not very convenient. Having said that, that...
