”Property location was perfect - beautiful beach and water view from room was lovely. Late check-in was problematic as instructions given were unclear. The door that was left open for us to access the room had a sign reading ‘please use other door’. The contact number to call was unresponsive. Had to try all doors on the property before returning to the initial door. Very confusing and frustrating.”
