”Best thing was the garage and being able to use our car w/o it being overheated every time we went somewhere. The place was wonderful. Only downside was not having a laundry inside the unit. There is room to add one, so stackable OR the 2 in 1 washer/dryer would be a big game changer.”

”It’s definitely an older property. My husband said the first smell was that of his grandmothers place. Location was great. Beach access great. A tad strict on visitors and number of people in the unit. We travel to see our kids in St Cloud but to have beach time as well. We enjoy them being able to enjoy time with us. We will have to have to find another place next time. There’s a person that was rather nosey as well, not sure if it was a resident or a cleaner. But they would watch us. Really...

”The good: location. The bad: almost everything else.Don't trust the pictures. This unit is very, very outdated. It has not been cared for, and it shows. I booked this for four adults, and the minute we walked in, we knew it was a mistake. It just smelled dirty. The linens, floor, and bathrooms all needed a good cleaning. The towels (bath and beach) are threadbare, old, and mismatched. The beds are worn out and squeaky. I felt like I needed to shower after sitting on the patio furniture. The...

The two-story layout gave our family of 4 plenty of room to spread out and feel at home, and the heated pool was a wonderful bonus. We did encounter a couple of minor issues during our stay. ”We loved this spot! Adorable and very clean little house with a well-kept yard and nice deck and grilling area out back to enjoy outdoor meals. The neighborhood is a quiet area with mostly much older (but kept up or remodeled - NOT rundown) homes right along the river, which you can see from the yard and is a 2min or less walk from the house. ”My entire family was absolutely so pleased with this property! It was clean, cute, had all the basics you’d need, and is in a great location. It is a pet friendly place and the dining room/sun room does have a pet smell. Also, the backyard is not fully fenced in - so do not just let your dogs out! The hosts were hands down the most communicative hosts I’ve ever dealt with. They were so quick to respond, accommodated my early arrival, and gave me local suggestions for things to do and places to...

Hyatt Place Cape Canaveral

Hyatt Place Cape Canaveral

10/10 Loistava
"Ei valittamista itse paikasta, siisteydestä tai muustakaan. Toimi hyvin ennen risteilylle lähtöä. Sijainti aivan sataman vieressä. Yövyimme 2 yötä, 2 aikuista ja 1 lapsi. Aamupala oli hieman suppea suomalaiseen hotelliin tottuneena, mutta kyllä sillä aamun sai käyntiin."
