”The rooms are not like pictured at all. Layout is the same but very outdated. There was mold in the room, the door barely shut, and it smelled musty. There were cracks in the walls, rust in the shower, and only one sheet on the bed. Definitely won’t stay again.”

”It was a good location and nice room and comfortable bed. The shower though took 15 minutes to get hot. It would also be nice to have more carts available. One big cart for everyone in the hotel is not enough. Also, better food selections for breakfast. Pretty much the same thing every day.”

”It’s a brand new hotel seemingly, and it was very nice Ed’s comfy etc… but the room carpets clearly hadn’t been cleaned, on check in the lady behind the desk was just miserable and not very welcoming… Lastly the lighting in the room was terrible..
It wasn’t expensive so I shouldn’t complain but it was things that you expect to be better and easily”

”I went to check in and I had prepaid I had the credit card I used to pay for my room I lost my ID but I had a picture of it and I was turned away . So I went to a different hotel and they were able to check me on with my credit card and they were picture of my ID . I drove all the way from Houston and I wasn’t going to have a place to stay.”

”The address listed on the expedia took out out to the Bonnies 30 mins away from the location. We finally get to the location and the front desk clerk did not have an expression whatsoever.
