”The manager Kathy is so worried about making friends. She's in debt $2000 and the orders don't even know about it. I mean I'm sure they do, but they don't have a card machine so because I couldn't pay it for the room completely Uber the phone I had to give them $20 $22.60 from the room in cash, I had either go hunt down ATM machine. Which they convenient have in the lobby, for a small $5 dollar fee”

”This hotel was perfect. The room had a wonderful layout and was comfortable for the weekend. We’re at a wedding with many family members and most of us stayed at this hotel.
The room was very clean. The staff was accommodating and breakfast was good. Parking was very easy. How much better can you get than that?”

”Paid for the room on Expedia. Arrived at the hotel at 11:00 PM after a long drive and was not allowed to go to the room I paid for because I did not have the $75 deposit they required. No where in the information I got from Expedia did it say a deposit was required. I hate the whole hotel deposit game they play, they take your money in a second but take a week or more to return it. Just another money scam. Why are we treated like criminals? Stayed in 100's of hotels and never stole a towel or...

”Reserved room wasn’t available until the next day so we had to move. The first temp room wasn’t clean so we had to move from it. Water pressure was weak in the shower and all plumbing fixtures leaked. Breakfast was decent minus spoiled boiled eggs. Now we’re trying to figure out why my wife has bite marks on several parts of her arms and neck. So with everything being said, we will not be back.”

”Hotel experience was extremely easy, staff was very nice and helpful.
The only thing that was very upsetting was I booked this hotel off Expedia and I chose the reserve now pay later option. The morning of my check in the hotel was kept trying to charge my cc for the full amount. When I called them, they told me that in order for us to keep our reservation the full amount needed to be due prior to check in even those I chose the reserve now pay later option. So just keep in mind if you choose...

”We booked a couple nights to celebrate our daughters 8th birthday. We stayed in unit 12 and we all loved it! The grounds were perfectly manicured, the river view was mesmerizing and the space was comfortable. Everything I needed was available from the coffee filters to the dish soap and sponge. I admire their love and support of coffee consumption! We took a kayak trip across to a couple of the Spoil Islands and the trip was the perfect distance for some exploration for a family of 4 with...
