”Great”

”Older resort. It was difficult to find the office; had to stop by the Hilton to find it. Need to have a big sign that says New Hotel Harbourside Resort before you enter office parking lot. It was very cold and WINDY, so they waived the park fee. Condo was clean. Could have had hangers in the closet. Not much space for clothing. No suitcase holder in either room. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Will go back to Harbourside again.”

”The room appeared clean and had a nice view of the water park; however, there was an unpleasant odor as soon as you walked in the door. Beyond that, there were no other complaints.”

”The place is in a good location, u have 23 min the historic town . 20 min for rock island beach the big problem is that theres many roaches . ”

”The power kept going out all night and when we asked what do we do about or if they could fix it they said nothing and we would to just keep flicking the breaker on and off”

”The air was very noisy, the bath tub an ice skating rink thus we could not safely use and the refrigerator did not work at all. It’s next to a strip club and seemed they rented rooms by the hour.. ”

”Very basic, bed comfortable but squeaky. No ledge in shower so bathroom floor flooded with shower.”

”Excellent.4 night stay. Located near different restaurants and gast stations Although they were still renovating , our room was an absolutely beauty. Julian and Brittney were so helpfull. Enjoyed the pool too. I was informed that in 8 months it will be all done with renovation. I know it will be even more beautifull. ”
