”Seems like some kind of scam going on. I booked onExpedia. When I got to the hotel the person told me there was something wrong with "EXPEDIAs card" and I would have to pay out of pocket. So I have been charged by both companies. After talking to an EXPEDIA customer service rep. He started talking about the 3rd party they used to book my reservation and they have to contact the hotel to get my money back. I am a platinum member with EXPEDIA and this is a first. Hmmm. Something isnt...

”We were lucky to find an available room with it being race weekend. The staff was amazing, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the water pressure was awesome and the water temp was also good. The air was cold at first but through the night I wasn’t as cold. The hotel is old and needs a major update especially for the price. We felt safe and was in a great area. Honestly other than needed to be updated I can’t complain.”

”Everything was great! Must be a newer hotel. Smelled like new carpets. Very clean. Every staff member we encountered was polite and very friendly. My only concern was when I took a shower, the tub was so slippery, i literally almost fell. They need those grippy strips on the tub floor. ”

”Upon my arrival I was greeted by Brenda, who was extremely kind and helpful. She checked me in and provided recommendations to the nearby restaurants and have me directions to the venue that I was in town for. My room was clean, spacious and accommodating to my needs. Overall, my visit was pleasant and I would definitely recommend others to this hotel.”
