”Staff was very nice. The breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable. The shower was nice and hot and the room was very clean. One thing to improve on would be instructions on how to operate the in room coffee machine. ”

”Staff was friendly at check in and out, however we did not get to test the gym or try the breakfast, we’re assuming both were good. My biggest problem was the humidity in our room, and the smell of mold/mustiness when you walked in. I’m pretty sure there was mold on the vent above the sink, and I had a consistent headache throughout my trip. My clothes are all damp in my suitcase and even my unworn ones will need to be washed when I get home.”

”It’s not going to be the fanciest place, but it’s decent and clean and has become my go to when I’m in Rock Hill. It’s not expensive, it’s clean, they have a breakfast included (waffles, eggs, yogurt, sausage), it’s close to everything (Winthrop Univ., all the restaurants, grocery store, Walmart), the staff is super friendly and it’s right off the highway for easy access. ”Airport shuttle is absolutely awful. Called after landing and was told 5 min. Waited 15 and called back. Was told to wait another 10. Waited 15 and called back. Told to wait another 5. All in all an hour wait for a shuttle whose hotel is a mile from the airport. Saw several other hotel shuttles make 3-4 pickups. Should have walked to the hotel ”

”i was placed on a floor with a high school band group which was a bunch of kids - they kept me up all night - slamming doors, running. at 3:40 AM someone starting banking on a drum. I called the front dest however no relief. Very heartbreaking ”

”Tv reception was horrible worst I’ve ever seen. The lighting in the bedroom was like being in a cave. The smoke detector blinked all night long. Laying in bed and looking up at an unfinished ceiling reminded me of being in the fifth grade and throwing spit balls to see if they stuck.
