”Great valet service and complimentary late checkout at 2 pm. Dining was good and my child enjoyed the breakfast options. Room was clean but wish a suite were available for a bit more (not a lot, lot more) cost. ”

”We started staying in this hotel last year after many hotels in Ashland (where my family lives) are just run down. This hotel is new and rooms are large, big fridge, pool great”
”Overall a lovely hotel and the staff, room, and process of checking in a sure 10/10. I just didn’t enjoy the construction next door which added to noise and congestion. Trying to sleep in was difficult. ”
”We were in town to watch the Fever play and wanted to be close to the Gainbridge Arena which was directly across the street. Our room was simple, no frills, but clean and room enough for three adults. The complimentary breakfast was "ok". Nothing special, about what you expect, however the staff were helpful and friendly. The next time I get to attend a Fever game, I will be sure to book my room at the Hyatt.”

”It’s a great location if you’re going to Lucas Stadium or anywhere downtown. There are many good restaurants and pubs within walking distance. There is construction going on now so we parked at Plaza Park and walked from there. The staff is friendly and helpful, our room was clean and comfortable and we’ll stay again when we’re in Indianapolis. ”
