DO NOT BE FOOLED by this place!!! We've been booking through Hotels.com and VRBO for many, many years with almost 100% successful stays. However, this one was a HUGE disappointment to say the least! As we drove up to it, we realized it was not in a good neighborhood. It only got worse as we walked inside. The screened in porch lock was broken & the front window sill was completely rotten. My biggest regret was not taking my own photos to share, but pictures can't provide a representation of the smell that hit us when we walked in the door! It was a combo of must, mold & cat urine. They must have used AI to enhance all of the online photos because contrary to the inside of the home looking quite new, it was NOT the case. The bedding in the main bedroom looked old & the 2nd bedroom had 2 mini twin mattresses/cots thrown on the floor of what is at best a walk-in closet (smallest room I've ever seen). The laundry is apparently down in the basement/dungeon but we didn't even go down there because the stairs seemed too dangerous. It was Final Four weekend so we paid a LOT of money for this place and it only took us 3 min to determine we had been duped and immediately left to find another option. I immediately requested a refund and had they granted it, I'm sure they could've found another tenant for that weekend. However, they claimed it was fine and repeatedly refused a refund, so we were forced to pay more than double for a last minute hotel rental. We were robbed!!!
