Staff was not friendly at all mainly the guy at check in. I called the day before to see if the pool was able to be used, not down for any reason. My grandson wanted to have his birthday party at a hotel so they could swim and have birthday cake and stay up all night. The attendance said yes, and then hung up on me. The price was very good and we did a suite. However, the bathroom toilet moved and hit the wall every time you went to use it, which was frustrating in the handrail in the bathtub was completely busted off. The pool felt great. It was warm, but the pool area was not very well kept, lots of live plants in there and just felt dirty. The dumpster outside of our window was overflowing, and there was trash outside of it along with a random chair in the dirt. It did serve its purpose for what we needed to have a room for, but I probably would not stay again.
