Perfect for business travel
The house is cute and friendly. Everything works well. The location is great for walking to food and easy access to the downtown core. Enjoyed staying here over a hotel.

Beautiful home and great host
We loved the comfortable home and the private outdoor patio space. The off street parking was also nice. The host was very responsive and provided all that we needed to enjoy our stay. We hope to return and visit more of the city center area.

Amazing house and location!
We traveled to Indy to see the Tina Turner musical and this was the perfect spot to stay! We were able to walk to pretty much everywhere! The house is so clean and comfortable, and the access to a garage and parking in the city was a huge plus. Thank you for sharing!

Spring Break Getaway
We stayed for a couple nights over spring break. The house was wonderful! Central location, spotless, charming, and good size. We had excellent communication with the manager, no issues getting into the property and loved the garage. We would absolutely stay again.

House is exceptionally clean! Loved the location for short trip in indy for visit to museum and zoo. Loved walking to Blue collar coffee company in the morning. Would definitely recommend this property!

Great house, close to downtown Indy
Our family of 4 stayed here for a long weekend while in Indy to watch NCAA basketball. It was a great location for a home base, short walk to lots of restaurants and a quick Uber/Lyft to the downtown area. Would definitely be walkable in warmer weather. The house is located kitty corner from a fire station. Lots of late night calls with full sirens. Sound machines were in all the bedrooms but could still hear the sirens since they drove right by the main bedroom window.

Everything was great. Communication with Ashley was quick, house was very clean, and check in was clear. The garage access was a big plus as we utilized that for entering/leaving. Would stay here again if we return to Indy.

Truly a gem
Beautiful house right in town. You’re really just a few blocks from all kinds of stuff. The garage was a great bonus and quite rare from what we saw in the area. We had a tiny issue with garage door code not working, but the host was immediately responsive, and came out that day to address. Overall a great house, great host, and great stay.

Wow! This rental was as close to perfect as we’ve ever had. Great area! Beautiful, comfortable, well stocked house. There was literally nothing that we needed missing. Comfortable beds and a secure garage too! Great setup indoors and a nice private yard to enjoy. I can’t say enough good things about this house.

A Home Away from Home
Our stay was awesome! Great location and lots of parking. The home is EXACTLY as pictured. Spacious garage and beautiful kept outdoor area surrounded by fencing. My Daughter especially loved the porch swing and hammock. The entire home was very clean and detailed with all the things you may need while away from home. The hot chocolate/coffee bar was a very nice touch! Ashley responded within minutes to all of our messages. This is definitely a place we'd stay when returning to the area. Thank you for having us!

Everything was as advertised, feel lucky we locked it in the same day we bought the event tickets because if I had a reason to stay in Indianapolis I can't imagine this location is bad for anything. For our stay it was a short 8-10 minute drive to the state fairgrounds.

First trip as a family of four.
My wife and I took a weekend trip to Indianapolis with our two young children and had a great time. Property was one of the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in. Location was optimal. We were a short drive to both the zoo and children’s museum. Downtown is walkable and has plenty of restaurants around. The private garage was a huge plus. The home matches the description and pictures to a t. Ashley was prompt and thorough in her communication. Would definitely stay here again!

Couldn't have had a better stay. House was clean and very welcoming. Very nice outdoor, fenced in sitting area with a firepit made for a great evening nite cap and morning coffe.Garage parking as an added bonus.Location could not have been better for us. We were able to walk to Mass Ave, Canal Walk and St Joseph brewery and our other destinations were a short Uber trip away. Great communication and clear instructions provided by owners. We definately hope to stay again on our next weekend getaway trip to Indy.

Home away from home!
A quick trip to Indianapolis ( 2 nights ) to see a band in Noblesville, IN. Your home was the perfect location and easy to come home to after a long day @ Ruoff Music Center. Arrived to snacks and water, too. Recommendation to Cafe Patachou for breakfast was also a treat. Will definitely return someday :) Lovely home with modern amenities!

Circle City Charmer it is! Spent three days in Indy and could not have found a better place to stay with friends. Location is very convenient for downtown activities. Easily walkable to several locations for dining and sightseeing. The house itself was very nice and comfortable. Outside sitting area was nice and relaxing. Perfect location
What a great house and it’s in a fantastic location. We were in town for two shows at the Ruoff Outdoor Auditorium in Noblesville, which was only 25 minutes away. The house is adorably decorated, and the owner was wonderful to work with. We had 2 couples staying for two nights, and the home was large enough for all of us. Beds were comfy, the living room was great, and there were fun outdoor spaces. Lots of restaurants are nearby, and some cute shops. We’re looking forward to coming back to explore Indy when we’re not booked with concerts!

The perfect property!
This home was just perfect for our girls' weekend. Great location (close to bottleworks, shopping, and dining). The rooms and home were very clean and the coffee bar is adorable. There was plenty of parking and the neighborhood felt safe. The neighbors were so nice to us! The hosts communicated constantly and provided a detailed guidebook in the house. I will definitely be booking again in the future.
