The staff had their children with them while they were at work. I have never seen this happen in my entire life.
They had the same breakfast each day and it wasn’t even luke warm.The dining room tables were dirty and the staff were hanging out in the kitchen with their children not even tending to what was needed in the breakfast room
The furniture is the hotel was shabby and worn down. The furniture in our suite was covered with dirt on the armrest and the cushions. There was dried up stuff the side of loveseat, so we had to throw a blanket over it..
The kicker was when we arrived. I paid the Expedia and the desk staff ended up charging me $369 when I had already paid Expedia.. when we got to the room that night they called and said it was taken care of, but it was not……I had to ask again in the staff that they couldn’t do anything because managers weren’t on duty.
The carpets smelled like pee when you went down the stairs and also in some of the hallways I know they allow pets there
