Pet Policy: All pets must be pre-approved. There is a fee of $100 per pet, with a one-pet limit.

Outdoor Shower: Closed during winter; an indoor shower is available year-round for your convenience.

Event Bookings: Events are welcomed for a fee. Please reach out via email or phone for further details.

Extra guest fee is $25/night/guest

Please let us know if you need firewood. We can add it on for $35 per 1/4 rick.

The entire property is yours while you stay with us.

My mother and I stayed for a few days to enjoy Brown county area. This was the perfect location just outside of the town. The lake and property was very pretty and relaxing for us. We look forward to possibly coming back one day. Any concerns we had the host quickly helped with and answered any questions.

A last minute trip we booked left us scrambling to find a place to stay and we couldn’t have been any happier with our stay here! Was absolutely perfect for us! We do a trip to Morgantown area twice a year and I will definitely be checking for availability on our next one!! Great spot, secluded location and has very nice dock

Property was neat and small inside. Only real seating was outdoors. Only complaints were outdoor area was not blown/swept clean of grass and spiderwebs. Lots of horse flies and flies. (bring bug spray in hot months) peaceful most of the time, neighbor kids on 4 wheelers noise disturbed the retreat aspect. Hot tub was clean and working! All in all a nice getaway space!

Our stay was excellent -- the private lake and huge porch made for an ultra-relaxing getaway. I was a little worried about the kitchen after a few reviews, but it ended up being great for us. There are pots/pans and a hotplate in the cabinet a toaster oven, so we were good to go. The wifi was also really speedy for the few meetings I needed to jump on for work.

Quiet Getaway

I was looking for a quiet, peaceful few days away and this place was perfect. There's plenty of outdoor seating and activities, everything was clean, and the property is stocked with all the things you need to enjoy your stay. A small town is only 5 mins away if you need anything else. The host was always quick to reply. I would 100% stay here again!

Absolutely love the home and the layout, however the location is not as secluded as we thought. That being said the property was updated, clean, well thought out, loved the extras with the property and would recommend if you are not looking for total seclusion.

Exactly What We Needed

We were looking for a very quiet, peaceful place to relax and unwind. This place was a perfect fit for what we needed.It is small, but everything is very well appointed and we had all we needed.We were able to enjoy the hot tub nightly. And, we were able to have a campfire 3 of our 4 nights there. If the weather had cooperated more, I think we would have enjoyed trying to take out the kayaks or the paddleboat.There are lots of good restaurants near by. A visit to Nashville, IN and Brown County State Park was enjoyed one day. Also, a visit to near by Cedar Creek winery was a highlight.

Great getaway!

Only a 15 minute drive to Nashville! The property is well kept. The outdoor space is perfect for relaxation and evening entertainment (projector, hot tub, and deck over water). The kitchen is well stocked. Owners were awesome!

2 day anniversary/Birthday trip

Greatly enjoyed our stay at this bungalow. My husband and I took a quick two day anniversary/birthday trip. The unit was exactly what we wanted. Very clean and the host gave attention to so much detail. Even had anniversary/birthday balloons above our bed. With also Delicious baked goods for us to snack on in the morning. The private lake was gorgeous and the hot tub was amazing! While we weren’t at the unit, we drove into town and enjoyed the scenery at Brown county/little Nashville. The perfect getaway for a couple and highly recommend! Definitely will be back!

A good time was had by all

Myself and an old friend (both 65+) opted for this property based on driving distance, short-term availability and features. It is a very pretty property. Rolling hills as is typical of S. Indiana. Nicely mowed and a great deal of design to minimize mud and keep the land draining into the pond. Rather secluded but not entirely out of site of any neighbors. The entire lake edge is quite walk able and most “hills’ were rather easy to navigate even for two old men. It is a modern post and metal structure. Very well built and although not “rustic” it has a good secure feeling. The inside living space is 30% of the concrete pad the structure resides on. I would not say it is roomy as it is not. It has a nice bed and an easily extended couch to sleep on. I tried both and actually found the pull-out pretty comfortable. A small bar allows two stools for eating indoors. The kitchen area although small worked well and the design is such that it is not really cramped and one could access the large fridge/freezer while another was doing dishes. I felt they have done a nice job of including what fits but not stuffing the place so full you couldn’t turn around. The bathroom was actually quite roomy. I found all utilities were working quite well and clean. No stove or oven but a decent microwave. The grill is large and clean. As to cleanliness, I felt the whole place was very well maintained and saw nothing I’d describe as dirt or grime. 70% is a very large expanse of concreted pad. The

Absolutely amazing!

This property is absolutely stunning. I loved everything about it and will most definitely be back. It is very clear that the host puts a great amount of care into the property and home. I came for a much needed mental health getaway with just myself and my dog. We both had an amazing time. This was one of the most peaceful places I’ve ever been too. Absolute serenity💕
