Located only 14 miles from the heart of Indianapolis and nestled amongst the trees, you will have everything you need to enjoy your peaceful, private getaway in style. Stay in comfort and enjoy our brand new furnishings, inside and out. All bedrooms, bar area, and game room feature 50" smart TVs. Main floor living room features 75" smart TV.

In the kitchen, enjoy a warm cup of java from our coffee bar featuring a drip coffee/k cup combo. Filters and coffee provided. Paper towels and basic spices provided. Plenty of kitchen amenities including toaster oven, blender, children's tableware, ceramic and plastic tableware, a large pantry, pots and pans, baking sheets, knives and servingware. Space saver high chair located in the pantry. Skewers provided to make all the s'mores your heart (and stomach) desire!

The loft features a nursery with games, books, a teepee, stepping blocks, table, colors and games for all of our littlest guests to get lost in creative play.

The backyard features a hot tub, beautiful pool deck with basketball hoop, lounge chairs, side table/cooler combos, gas fire table, outdoor dining, seating area for socializing and BBQing on the deck and so much more. (Pool towels, an infant float and two puddle jumper floaties provided)

THE MAIN EVENT!

Walk downstairs and feel like you’re entering your own speakeasy complete with a poker table, wet bar, arcade games, dart board and more. Featuring a 50” smart TV, mini fridge, whiskey glasses, shot glasses and more.

Off the bar you will find an eight seater movie room complete with a popcorn maker and all the fixings. This theater boasts a whopping 98” smart TV ready to stream your favorite movies. There are four swivel recliners and one reclining loveseat plus a convertible floor sofa for extra comfort.

A few steps further and you enter into the gameroom of your dreams. Enjoy shuffleboard, a game of pool, ping pong or foosball or challenge your friends with our very own Pop-A-Shot basketball shooter!

Kids and adults alike will want to crash in the basketball themed basement bedroom with memory foam mattresses on all four queen beds.

There is a large driveway with basketball hoop and parking for 6 cars.

Washer and dryer on site with complimentary laundry pods, scent beads and dryer sheets.

All bathrooms include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, make-up removing wipes and linens.

We are a family managed property and we cannot wait to share our space with you!

While we love your furry friends, we are a no pet property at this time.

The hosts were great and were quick to respond when we had a concern. The property is amazing! We had a group of 8 friends that got together for the weekend and we had a great time. We plan on booking here again.
