Adorable Property in Fountain Square

This property is much cuter in person! Adorable kitchen and living room with a 1/2 bath on the main floor. Upstairs was a pleasant surprise. Bedrooms were spacious. Beds were comfortable. Surprise twin bed in the hallway nook. Bathrooms were gorgeous. I will be rebooking this location again. It so close to Lucas Oil. Restaurants and Sightseeing all within 3-5 miles. We has an amazing stay and are grateful we stayed here!

We Got The Fever For CC!!

We came to Indy to see CC and the Indiana Fever. This location was perfect in every way!! Check-in, acess, updates, amenities and value were all for us. We were only 7 minutes from the Grainbridge Fieldhouse, walked to the Monument Circle, several shops and plenty of places with great food. Highly recommend this VRBO!!

Cozy home in nice area

Had a wonderful time staying in this home for a weekend visit to Indy. Two couples traveling together. The neighborhood is nice and quiet with a yoga studio nearby and very short drive to restaurants and coffee shop, and downtown. The photos on the listing make the property look a lot smaller than it actually is. Both bedrooms were a nice size with plenty of closet space and the bathrooms were all clean and updated. Living room was spacious and comfortable, kitchen had everything you need. Also there was a back porch and parking you could probably squeeze in three vehicles, which I didn’t even realize when I booked so that was a nice surprise. Overall great stay and would recommend.

Excellent Stay

I was in town for a conference downtown and this location worked well for me needs. Although it's a little further out, I had parking for my vehicle and with the access of scooters, I was fine for transportation. This home was clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable quiet work trip. Much preferred over staying in the noisy downtown.

Nice place not great neighborhood

Nice place, centrally located. Good facilities. Somewhat of a strange neighborhood, with traffic and sirens at night waking me up. Overall would recommend, thanks for having us.

Missing the special touches of home

Overall house was consistent with photos. Liked the big kitchen, main bedroom shower, and private parking spot. However, felt the special touch to make it feel like "home" were missing. The main bedroom bed protector was really hard/loud plastic which kept slipping off mattress so we didn't sleep well. There was no hairdryer so we had to go buy one (host later reimbursed). The kitchen had minimal utensils, etc. The use of air fresheners plugins (4) in house made it seem they were covering up versus just doing deep clean.

Incredible Find

House is exactly as desccribed. parking in private drive in back is nice, but a tight squeeze in and out of the alley and WATCH THAT TELEPHONE POLE!! lol. good location. easy few min drive down english to fletcher and then straight into downtown right past Lucas Oil. didn't get to make it to fountain square business district but plan to next time. quiet enough. in reference to 2 critiques left by other reviewers - 1. I had no trouble adequately cooling the upstairs bedroom and 2. no issues with the hot water in the shower upstairs - more than adequate and plenty hot. plenty nice neighborhood, just has some age on it but lots of gentrified and rehab'd houses. would definitely recommend to anyone and plan on staying there again myself next time in Indy.
