Annoying employee crossed a line in the pool area thinking she can tell me how to parent my children.
They were jumping in the pool. No signs posted that they can’t. Diving and jumping feet first are 2 different things. They respectfully stayed from people while doing it.
Employee explains to children they can’t and then came to speak to us. Despite disagreeing, we intended to do as she said. We acknowledged and told her we’d handle it. Employee continued to stand behind us hoovering until each child was spoken to, making remarks to us between speaking to our 3 children individually. I finally got tired of it and told her to back off as we can parent our own children.
Such a disrespectful staff member. Everyone else was great. Not a good look on the hotel.
