”We had 16 men for our golf trip and this house did not disappoint! Plenty of places to sleep, party barn was great, hot tub was needed after three rounds of golf. Only hiccup was WiFi is weak if big tv in living room and party barn are on at same time. We would come back! Thanks Steven! ”

”Very clean property with lots of sleeping areas! Was nice we didn’t have to bring a bunch of extra things for our stay because it was provided! Only recommendation is letting guests know about what side of the street to park on if they need to park on the street as one of our friends almost got a ticket when visiting us during our stay.”

” Very pleasant stay. We had a work crew for the state fair and this home was very accommodating. The house has and interesting setup. The kitchen is very well equipped. Fun game/gathering area. ”We overall loved our stay - so clean, comfortable, and very nicely decorated- the grill was very corroded so we sadly didn’t use. The upstairs shower drains pretty slow. Loved having the ability to wash clothes but the dryer door would not stay closed!! That being said, we would stay here again and really appreciated your communication with us and allowing us to enter early!”

”A few of my nursing school friends and I got together for an anniversary weekend. We did not spend a ton of time at the house, and we only stayed for one night, but it was very comfortable and easy to find. We used the hot tub, which was very relaxing, and we all slept great. Any communication we had with the property owner was replied to quickly, and he made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.”

”We came to Des Moines to attend a family birthday party and we stayed at this property for one night. It was so nice! It is a house from the 1950s. The owners have done such a great job with keeping some of the original defining and characteristic architecture of the era of the house (windows, fireplace, built-in shelves, front door, built-in telephone cubby, wood floors, for example), while modernizing the bathroom and kitchen.
