”Great room, fantastic breakfast!”

”The staff is fine for the most part. The rooms leave a bit to be desired. Beds are comfy. Improvement needed in cleaning & just making them look "professional" Plenty of novice maintenance & repairs goes on here. The pricing is great, so you somewhat get what you pay for. This was my 3 rd stay here for 6-11 days each, so the short comings aren't a deal breaker for me. It's a convenient location & reasonably priced.”

”We stayed for only 4-5 hours, left before 3 AM to stay ahead of a storm. The hotel was easy to locate and it was easy to park our moving truck. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. We appreciated the medium size refrigerator that had a freezing compartment. Staff was friendly and efficient. ”

”The property itself was great. The staff was just not knowledgeable and could not help me but also could not give me the number of someone who could help me. From the experience of the girl at the front desk being rude and unhelpful we will not be back for the reason alone. Plus they also couldnt refund, give credit, or points for having to leave early due to the snow storm that was happening while we were there. If we stayed we would have had to add more nights because we would have been snowed...

My two night stay was a trial stay to determine if this hotel could meet my needs as a professional who needs an upcoming multi-month stay, 1) INTERNET SERVICE WAS SO WEAK I COULD NOT WORK AND WAS FORCED TO LEAVE TO WORK ELSEWHERE. 2) THE TOILET DID NOT FLUSH. General Manager Kovich asserted that it did; it did NOT FLUSH; the staff took most all of the two days to turn their attention to this revoting condition. MAINSTAY SUITES FAILED. I...

”Breakfast choice was toast, apples, or cereal but no milk available. Had to use powder creamer for coffee because no milk was available. They had a pancake maker there, but was not working when I complained. They said sorry. Had to go out to a diner to get something to eat.”

”Historically, this hotel has been decent value for the money, though in it's current state as of 1/16/26, it is not a healthy environment to stay in. The interior of the hotel smells musty/moldy and looks as if the sprinkler system went off months ago and caused water damage to everything (carpet/furniture/beds/etc.) and then wasn't cleaned up - rather just covered with towel-like chair/sofa coverings.
