Occupants of the Short-Term Rental shall be prohibited from using all outdoor amenities and/or engaging in outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM Sunday through Thursday and 10 PM and 8 AM Friday and Saturday.

Indoor:
This vacation home opens up to a large living room with a family kitchen. There is plenty of room in the living room to lounge in front of a 76-inch Samsung Smart television in comfort remote-controlled ceiling fan. The casual dining area features a dining table with seating for six. The fully-equipped kitchen features stunning stainless steel appliances such as a GE french door refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser and offers everything one would need to create their perfect meal, including granite countertops and bar height dining with seating for four. Play a fun game of Golden Tee Golf or classic Pac-Man on the arcade machines located just off the kitchen. No spices, condiments, or oils are provided.

Bedroom Descriptions:
Master Suite 1 is located to the right of the living room and features a King-sized Bed, a Twin-sized Sofa Sleeper, a 50-inch Fire Smart television, and a ceiling fan with access to the back patio. The private, en suite bathroom features a tile shower and double vanity sinks.

Bedroom 2 is located across the hallway bathroom and features a Queen-sized Bed, ceiling fan, and large reach-in closet. Bedroom 3 is located to the left of Bedroom 2 and features two Full-sized Beds, a ceiling fan, and a large reach-in closet. Bedroom 4 is located to the left of Bedroom 3 and features a Full Over Full Bunk Bed and a large reach-in closet.

The hallway bathroom is located across from Bedroom 2 and features a tile shower, and two vanity sinks. A powder room is located across from the laundry room and features a vanity sink.

Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Starbucks, and all the shops along 111. El Paseo is 10 minutes away. Interstate 10 is extremely close, allowing you to quickly head to Palm Springs and other Coachella Valley destinations.
