Need more space? Attached to the casita is a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house that can also be rented. This option is ideal for larger groups or families who require additional room while maintaining close proximity. Ask us for the booking link. Please be aware that the main house may be rented separately during your stay in the casita. As the casita shares a wall with the main house, occasional noise from the main house and garage may be heard.

• The home is located in a gated community, there is a guard gate to access the neighborhood. We will need to collect all guests names and license plate numbers for easy access into and out of the community. Max of 1 car.
• Trash is taken every Monday morning.
• Our HOA is responsible for maintaining the front of our yard, if staying mid week- they could be working on the front garden but will not bother you throughout your stay.
☆ Pet-Friendly Stays- We’re happy to welcome your furry friends — dogs only — for $100 per pet, per stay. You may bring one dog up to 60 lbs or two small dogs with a combined weight under 60 lbs. The pet fee helps cover the extra cleaning needed for pet hair. Please note: if additional messes (such as urine or accidents) are left behind, an extra $200 cleaning charge will apply. We kindly ask that you clean up after your pup and avoid leaving pets unattended in the home, as barking can sometimes disturb our neighbors. Additional pet fees (plus tax) will be processed through our guest portal after your reservation is confirmed. The Indian Palms Country Club itself, where your property is located, is a gated community that offers a plethora of amenities. The community boasts a 27-hole golf course, multiple swimming pools, tennis and pickleball courts, and a fitness center, providing guests with plenty of activities right at their doorstep. The country club also includes a restaurant and bar, offering convenient dining options within the gated community.
The surrounding area of Indio is rich in culture and history, with numerous local attractions such as the Coachella Valley History Museum, the Indio Performing Arts Center, and the Fantasy Springs Resort Casino which offers concerts, dining, and gaming. For outdoor enthusiasts, the proximity to places like the Joshua Tree National Park, which is about an hour`s drive away, offers opportunities for hiking, rock climbing, and exploring the stunning desert landscape.

☆ Driving: With ample parking and well-maintained roads, driving is the easiest way to get around Indio and the surrounding Coachella Valley. For those renting our property, we offer parking in the driveway and one spot in the garage, making it convenient for guests traveling with vehicles.
☆ Ridesharing: Services like Uber and Lyft are available in Indio, providing a flexible transportation option for those who do not wish to drive. This can be particularly handy during festival seasons when parking near major venues can be challenging.
☆ Public Transportation: SunLine Transit Agency operates the public bus service in Indio and the greater Coachella Valley. It offers routes connecting Indio to other cities in the valley, including Palm Springs, Palm Desert, and Cathedral City. This service is useful for guests who might not have access to a car and need to visit neighboring towns.

Additionally, the area boasts three casinos within a 15-20 minute drive and the Polo fields are conveniently located across the street off Monroe St. For a more extensive dining and shopping experience, guests can use Highway 111, which is lined with a variety of options.
