Brand NEW, stunning large villa in a beautiful gated neighborhood, surrounded by high end homes. One of the best and biggest backyards in the area due to the oversized lot. Minutes away from Fantasy Springs and Spotlight Casinos, The Golf Club at Terra Lago golf course, shopping and more. This corner lot home also offers great views, oversized yard with a large pool, plenty of shade, putting green plenty of outdoor & indoor games & game room. Minimum Rental age is 21 for the person booking.

Additionally there are: 2 rollaway beds + 1 queen air bed

Upstairs: primary has a king with full en-suite, shower and tub.
Then the other 2 bedrooms have queens and there is a full bathroom off the hallway. They are on a separate wing from the primary, gameroom is in between, lots of privacy. Also, between two queen bedrooms there is laundry on the left and storage room on the right is the bathroom, so good separation there as well.


Pool service is Monday and Thursday, every week. Gardening is on Tuesdays.

NOTE: Please do not have any packages mailed to the home. We do not have access to owner mailboxes. We cannot be held responsible for any packages that arrive to the home.

Pool/Spa heating:
There is a $100/daily fee to heat both the pool and the spa.
Spa heating only is $35/daily.

Pets:
We are pet friendly, there is a fee of $50 per pet for their stay.

Outdoor Heater:
Outdoor heaters are available to rent for $75/heater which includes 1 can of propane. Please reach out if interested.

POOL|SPA:
Pool: $125/daily fee (to include spa) to 82 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee)
Spa only: $35/daily fee to 102 degrees. SPA HEATED ON DEMAND ONLY. USUALLY 15-30 MINUTES TO HEAT, DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF THE YEAR, CAN BE UP TO 50 MINUTES IN COLDER WEATHER. SPA IS NOT HEATED FOR ARRIVAL.
Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool/spa heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment.

Attractions:
The Golf Club at Terra Lago has been a top amenity even before the community began constructing houses! It was established in 1998 and played host to the PGA Tour Skins game from 1999 to 2002. The club’s challenging 36-hole course gently snakes through the Chocolate Mountain foothills. The elevation changes, stunning views, and undulating greens make for quite a riveting round of golf. The golf club also features two putting greens, a driving range, and a practice hole.
The Fantasy Springs and Spotlight Casinos are 5 min. away and offer great concerts/events, live music, multiple restaurants in both, laser bowling lanes and of course trying your luck at gambling. We recommend The Fantasy Springs Buffet for an easy reasonably price meal.

Outside Accessibility:
The nearby mountains and canyons in Coachella Valley are ideal for hiking and horseback riding. Plus there are over 200 golf courses in the area, making it one of the premier golf destinations in the world. The Palm Springs tourist area is just a stone’s
throw away and guests often go to enjoy a variety of festivals, shops, great restaurants, medical facilities, and casinos. And when your next destination is somewhere a bit further than just around the corner, Palm Springs Airport is only 20 miles away, Thermal Airport (Jacqueline Cochrane Regional Airport) is 9 miles away and Bermuda Dunes Airport (Crown Aero), only 6.5 miles.

We can also provide blow up mattresses or sometimes rollaway beds. Please let us know in advance if you want them put in a closet out for you. We also can provide high chair and pack and play for children if requested.

CHILD TRAVEL ITEMS:
Being a small family business, we love hosting and accommodating all of our guests, especially our younger ones! We do provide pack and plays and high chairs complimentary for our little guests with a 24 hour notice in advance at minimum prior to your check in date. For any other items such as strollers, car seats, children toys or anything along those lines, we have partnered with a local vendor that can be of assistance, and to please reach out to our team for details. Please note: Fees will apply for those items that would be payable directly to the vendor.

PARKING:
We have 2 parking spots in the garage, 2 in the driveway. If you have additional car, you cannot park it anywhere on the street, please reach out to us in advance.

City of Indio Vacation Rental Rules

NOISE/MUSIC/CROWDS
City ordinance 95C stipulates that the use or operation of any sound production or reproduction device, radio receiving set, musical instrument, drums, phonograph, television set, loud speakers, sound amplifier or other similar machine or device for the producing or reproducing of sound in such a manner as to disturb the peace, quiet, or comfort of any reasonable person of normal sensitivity in any area of the city is prohibited.
MUSIC SHOULD BE CELL PHONE/LAPTOP VOLUME LEVELS

Failure to comply with any City ordinance may result in a citation, fine, or imprisonment. In the case of multiple short-term rental violations, home owners can lose their short-term rental privilege.

GATE: Guests will need to kindly provide first and last names of adult guests in order to be able to go through the community gate. To kindly do so anytime up to 24 hours before.

**Pool heating is not needed in summer months. Pool heating is available all year and usually recommended mid September to mid June.

PETS:
We are pet friendly! Please let us know in advance, if you need any special accommodations. $200 pet deposit is required and if no additional pet cleaning left behind, $150 is refunded at time of check out and $50 goes towards pet`s stay and $25 for each following pet thereafter at least 24 hours in advance prior to check in date.

EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:
If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate. All late check out requests need to be submitted before 8:30pm the evening prior to check out.

CHECKOUT DUTIES:
If you could kindly start a load of pool towels and a load of white towels in the washing machines, put your trash in the trash bins outside and start the dishwasher. Thank you so much.

FESTIVALS:
Please note for the right group we are willing to give a special discount for Coachella and Stagecoach. Referrals and repeated guests will be rewarded with a discount, depending on the time of the year. All festival bookings are non-refundable with additional deposit requirement. Regular noise ordinance is in effect.
