Please note the pool is cleaned twice a week, and a valet garbage service needs access to the side of the house once a week.

La Quinta Resort and the charming Old Town La Quinta are only a few minutes away, where guests can enjoy boutique shops, local restaurants, and outdoor patios framed by stunning mountain views. Please note that we require all guests to sign a liability waiver to stay in the home. This is a requirement of our insurance provider.



★ Does the property have a private pool or spa? ★

Yes - the home has a private 800 sq ft heated pool and a spa for the exclusive use of guests. The pool is kept in the mid-to-high 80s and is not heated in summer, when the desert heat does the job on its own. The pool and spa share a heat pump, so they cannot be heated at the same time. Please note the pool is not gated or locked, so children should be supervised at all times.



★ What is the parking situation? ★

There is parking for up to four vehicles. Street parking is not permitted and risks a fine of $200 or more as well as towing, which guests are liable for. There is a 220V NEMA 14-50 EV outlet in the garage - please bring your own adapter if you drive a Tesla.



★ Is the property pet-friendly? ★

Unfortunately not - we are unable to accept pets at this property due to severe allergies.



★ Are there any noise restrictions or quiet hours? ★

Yes - quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am, and music must not carry beyond the property lines. Amplified music and DJ equipment are not permitted. This is a high-end, peaceful residential neighbourhood.



★ Is early check-in or late check-out available? ★

We are no longer able to offer early check-in or late check-out. If you would like extra time at the start or end of your stay, please book the night before or the night after - that way the home is yours for the whole day and there is no rush at either end.



★ Are there any restrictions on the number of guests or visitors? ★

Yes - we cannot have more people staying than the number posted on the listing. The four rollaway beds are there for comfort, not to exceed the posted guest count. No guests under 25 without a parent. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and we require contact details for all adults staying at the property.



★ Is this a good property for events or celebrations? ★

No. This is a residential community and parties and events are strictly prohibited. Guests looking for a peaceful, relaxing stay will love the home and the neighbourhood.



★ What supplies are provided? ★

We provide roughly a week's worth of essentials to get you started - toiletries, paper goods and basic cleaning supplies. For longer stays, or if you get through them sooner, you're welcome to top up with whatever you prefer.



The pool is professionally cleaned twice a week. Due to occasional desert sandstorms, you may notice some sand or debris between scheduled cleanings. A small pool vacuum is provided for guest use if you'd like to freshen up the pool between professional service visits.
